Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Place kiwis, tomatoes, jalapeño and onion on grill. Grill 5 minutes or until softened.
Remove from grill. Place in a food processor or blender; pulse until slightly blended. Add cilantro, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste; pulse to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
