Stuart Christoff has been a local chef in Grand Rapids since 1998. A graduate from Grand Rapids Community College Secchia Institute for Culinary Education, Stuart participated on the schools completion Ice Carving Team, and has traveled many states in countries in search of culinary adventure! Stu loves to explore the outdoors, and is an avid fisherman and forager for Michigan’s finest mushrooms, wild vegetables and herbs. Stu is currently working at Maru Sushi in Grand Rapids, and plans to continue to travel the world and bring back knowledge of cuisines from around the globe to west Michigan.
